Next Pivot Point partners with industry leading organizations to help implement successful allyship programs. The purpose of this event is to bring together these industry leading organizations to share best practices and help others develop their own unique programming. We’ll hear from business leaders and program alumni about their individual experiences in building out and participating in a structured allyship program, as well as from subject matter experts on developing the inclusive leadership and allyship skills needed for diverse talent to thrive.
