Meet Julie

Hi!  I am a highly-acclaimed leadership trainer who has experience leading teams and producing results in corporate America. After experiencing my own career “pivot point,” I developed a process for women leaders to build winning plans. Promoting equality in the workplace, I am a frequent keynote speaker and executive coach.

I hold an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, am a Certified Master Coach, and a certified unconscious bias trainer.

My books include Pivot Point: How to Build a Winning Career Game PlanONE: How Male Allies Support Women for Gender Equality, and Lead Like an Ally.
