This cohort program is approved for 18 professional development credits toward SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP recertification.

What is included in the program?

  • Two meetings per month (60 min each)
    • 1 group training lead by Julie Kratz with guest experts joining for on demand topics like ESG, DEI Strategy,  etc.
    • 1 group coaching session with Julie Kratz
  • Cultural Values Assessment and exercise

  • Self-guided learning modules on-demand based on participant needs, covering topics like:
    • Leveraging Cultural Intelligence
    • Building a DEI Strategy
    • Measuring DEI
    • Maximizing Support from Leadership
  • Bi-monthly 30 minute 1:1 coaching
  • Additional opportunities to engage with your peers between meetings.
  • Lifetime access to all content
