Ericka Young

After developing and implementing her own budgeting and debt reduction plan, and paying off $100,000 in 5 years, Ericka knew she wanted to help people get out of debt. She knew she could show them how to organize their finances, and create a healthy future.  In 2005, Ericka launched Tailor-Made Budgets. 

The following year, Ericka and her husband, Chris, went to Nashville. They were trained by Dave Ramsey and his team. Ericka and Chris learned how to coach people on financial matters. Now, ten years later, Ericka has amazing opportunities every day. She now helps people and businesses transform their finances, careers, families and, most importantly, their futures.

Rachana is the founder and current editor of The Corner of the Court Project, sharing success stories of men who play advocacy roles for women in the workplace.  Rachana has conducted extensive research and numerous speaking engagements with companies such as FOX Sports, ESPN, LinkedIn, and more, about “male allies” and effective ways to engage men in diversity efforts.

Erin Fischer

Karen Catlin is a leadership coach, keynote speaker, author, and passionate advocate for inclusion in the workplace.
