Rachana Bhide

Rachana spent 14 years as a management consultant for Accenture, where she most recently led the capability development of the Austria, Switzerland, Germany change management practice.

Since 2014, Rachana has worked for Bloomberg LP in a variety of capacities, currently leading global talent efforts for 5,500+ software engineers in sustaining a thriving technology work culture. She broadcasts for Bloomberg Radio London, daily from 4pm-6pm local (GMT) time, presenting European headline news.

Rachana is the founder and current editor of The Corner of the Court Project, sharing success stories of men who play advocacy roles for women in the workplace.  Rachana has conducted extensive research and numerous speaking engagements with companies such as FOX Sports, ESPN, LinkedIn, and more, about “male allies” and effective ways to engage men in diversity efforts.

Karen Catlin is a leadership coach, keynote speaker, author, and passionate advocate for inclusion in the workplace. Frustrated but galvanized, she knew it was time to switch gears.
