Allyship is a continuous journey, and its impact is amplified when we begin with intention. This interactive workshop guides you along the journey to better know your ally role and the positive experiences you want to create for others. Explore various allyship approaches – from mentorship to sponsorship and beyond – and strategically map out how you can best leverage your influence. Leaders will gain actionable tools to not only define their own ally role but also to cultivate an allyship-centered culture within their teams.
Together, we will learn how to:
- Step up as a sponsor
- Advocate for others
- Stay open to input and practice perspective taking
Leaders walk away with actionable tools to lead like an ally.
