INTERRUPT GENDER BIAS WORKSHOP:
While overt gender bias may seem a relic of the past, unconscious biases continue to subtly shape workplace experiences for women. With studies showing that 95% of people experience it, this collaborative workshop, led by the Next Pivot Point team, equips participants with the awareness and actionable strategies to identify and interrupt these often-unseen biases. Engage in peer learning and leave with concrete commitments to foster a more equitable and inclusive workplace for all genders.
