Facilitation, at its core, is about making it easier for diverse voices to be heard and for complex issues to be navigated effectively. As a leader your ability to guide productive, inclusive meetings is paramount.
This interactive workshop, led by the Next Pivot Point team, provides a collaborative space to learn about making your meetings more inclusive. Engage in rich story and strategy sharing with peers, and leave with tangible commitments to facilitate more inclusive meetings.
Together, we will learn how to:
- Practice proven facilitation techniques to guide conversations
- Create and maintain psychological safety and bravery
- Manage difficult situations through a scenario-based activity approach
WHAT TO EXPECT IN A NEXT PIVOT POINT WORKSHOP
Next Pivot Point workshops can be delivered virtually or in person and are led by subject matter experts and talented facilitators. You can expect:
- 60-90 minutes of engaging and thought provoking content
- Live polling and activities
- Live moderation & resource sharing
- Action items and ideas to practice for all participants
