Neurodiversity recognizes the diverse ways individuals experience and interact with the world, highlighting that differences in thinking, learning, and behavior are not deficits but natural variations. With over 15% of the global population identifying as neurodiverse, understanding and embracing neurodiversity is crucial for inclusive leadership. This workshop will equip aspiring allies with foundational knowledge and practical strategies to create more inclusive environments where neurodivergent individuals can thrive.
During this workshop we’ll cover:
- What neurodiversity is – True vs. false information about neurodiversity
- Why neurodiversity is important – With more information comes a greater awareness
- How to address neurodiversity in the workplace – Techniques and strategies to be more inclusive
