Take actionable steps towards
individual and systemic change…

By bringing allyship into action.

I know why you’re here.

You hold a deep compassion for equity and inclusion. Chances are, you have consumed multiple books, articles, documentaries, and social media posts around this topic to help you self educate. You’re at the point where you know a lot of this information but…

You have no idea how to put this knowledge into action in your daily life!

Don’t worry, you’re not alone. After the summer of 2020, many of us drowned ourselves in a sea of endless information around diversity, equity, and inclusion only to feel confused about how we can show up as allies in our communities. And while education is a necessary part of the allyship journey, there is often a disconnect between education and action. I want to help you bridge this gap and that’s why I wrote

ALLYSHIP IN ACTION: 10 PRACTICES FOR LIVING INCLUSIVELY & ALLYSHIP IN ACTION WORKBOOK

There is no ‘on and off’ switch for allies. Allyship is a consistent practice that is most powerful when individuals leverage their privilege to disrupt the systems that benefit them. Many of us are looking for ways to actively become an ally in our daily lives.

Allyship in Action will help you practice allyship in all spaces both personally and professionally to create individual and systemic change.

Each chapter ends with specific activities you can use right away with people you care about: friends, neighbors, children, partners, family, team members, and more. I, Julie Kratz, share my personal journey as a leader in the DEI space while providing ten actionable skills to practice allyship in your everyday life.

And to dive even deeper… the Allyship in Action Workbook provides even more in-depth activities, tools, and habits to help you bring about systemic change within your communities.

After nearly 20 years in corporate America guiding businesses and leaders to foster more inclusive, equitable workplaces, I am eager to provide this knowledge to you and your families, teams, and communities.

I realized that while helping businesses be better is extremely important work, these difficult conversations must also happen in our homes and communities in order to truly foster change in our society.
